Karachi: We are pleased to inform you that Meeting 03 of 2012 of the Board of Directors of Safeway Mutual Fund Limited (SFWF) is scheduled to be held on February 22, 2012 at 11:30 on 10th Floor, BOP Tower, 10-B, Block E-2, Gulberg III, Lahore to consider and approve the reviewed accounts for the quarter and half year ended December 31, 2011.

You are further informed that the Company has determined the class period under the Code of Corporate Governance from February 15, 2012 to February 22, 2012 during which no director, chief executive of floor or executive or his / her spouse or his / her children may trade in the shares of the Company.
