Pakistan and U.S. Navies Enhance Maritime Collaboration Through Exercise Inspired Union

Karachi, The Pakistan Navy (PN) and the United States Navy (USN) recently completed the bilateral Exercise Inspired Union 2024 in Karachi, aimed at bolstering maritime relations and improving interoperability through shared professional knowledge and practices.

According to Pakistan Navy, the three-day exercise involved diverse units from both navies, including the United States Marine Corps, Coast Guards, Explosive Ordnance Disposal teams, Divers, Naval Construction Force, Civil Affairs, and Medical teams. The exercise featured a series of discussions and practical exercises on various professional maritime topics, enhancing the skills and understanding of the participants.

The interactions during the exercise also included significant discussions on mutual maritime interests between senior commanders of both navies, highlighting the ongoing commitment to a secure and stable maritime environment in the region. The regular conduct of Exercise Inspired Union underscores the strong military cooperation between Pakistan and the United States, focusing on the strategic importance of naval prowess and regional security.
