Karachi: We are pleased to inform you that Meeting 04 of 2012 of the Board of Directors of Safeway Mutual Fund Limited (SFWF) is scheduled to be held on April 25, 2012 at 12.00 noon on 10th Floor, BOP Tower, 10-B, Block E-2, Gulberg III, Lahore to consider and approve the unaudited accounts for the quarter and month period ended March 31, 2012.

You are further informed that the Company has determined the close period under the Code of Corporate Governance from April 18, 2012 to April 25, 2012 during which no director, chief executive officer executive or his / her spouse or his / her children may trade in the shares of the Company.
