Karachi: We wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (DAWH) will be held at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, 25th April 2012 at Dawood Centre, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi, to consider and approve the un-audited Accounts of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended 31st March 2012.
As required by Clause xxiii of the Code of Corporate Governance, the Closed Period prior to the announcement of un-audited Accounts for the 1st Quarter ended 31st March 2012 has been determined from 18th April 2012 to 26th April 2012 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
