Karachi, May 23, 2013 (PPI-OT): Kindly refer to our letter No. SSML/Acct/232/2013 dated May16, 2013 (Form-1) on the caption subject. It is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been rescheduled to be held on May 30, 2013 at 04.00 p.m. instead of May 23, 2013, at the registered office 41-K, Block-6, P.E.C.H.S. Karachi to consider the half yearly accounts for the period ended March 31, 2013 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from May 16, 2013 to May 30, 2013 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
