Shazia Marri calls for establishing complaint redressal system to address beneficiaries concerns

Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Shazia Marri has called for establishing a system to ensure promptly address the concerns of beneficiaries of Benazir Income Support Programme.

In a meeting held in Islamabad, the Minister emphasized the need for dedicated efforts from senior officials to continue their diligent service to the nine million beneficiaries.

She said the various initiatives including the deployment of Mobile Registration Vehicles in remote areas of Balochistan and Sindh will help address issues of beneficiaries.
