Strict action to be taken against hoarders to ensure good governance: CM KPK

The meeting of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet was held in Peshawar today (Thursday) under the chair of Chief Minister Mahmood Khan.

Later, briefing media about cabinet decisions, Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Information Kamran Khan Bangash said the cabinet decided to celebrate Eidul Azha with simplicity due to corona situation.

The meeting was informed that 199 cattle markets have been established across the province.

It decided to strictly implement complete ban on usage of polythene bags across the province.

The cabinet approved to get a loan of more than four billion rupees for locusts control and fisheries projects.

Speaking on the occasion, Mahmood Khan said strict action will be taken against hoarders, profiteers and price hikers to ensure good governance.

The cabinet also approved Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Draft Act, 2020.
