Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited requests extension for filing third quarter accounts

Karachi, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited has submitted a request for extension in the period for filing third-quarter accounts for the period ending March 31, 2023. The company has requested a 60-day extension from the date of holding of Annual General Meeting for Financial Year 2021-22.

The company has acknowledged that there is no legal provision for the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to grant an extension in the period for submission of third-quarter accounts. Therefore, it remains uncertain whether the request for an extension in filing the third-quarter accounts will be granted or not.
