The United Insurance Company of Pakistan Limited Announces 10% Interim Cash Dividend for 1st Quarterly 2023

Karachi, The United Insurance Company of Pakistan Limited (UIC) has announced a 10% interim cash dividend for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023. The recommendation was made by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on April 29, 2023.

According to the announcement, the interim cash dividend amounts to Rs. 1.00/- per share and will be paid to entitled shareholders of the company. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company on the 11th day of May, 2023, will be eligible for the dividend.

The Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 12, 2023 to May 16, 2023 (both days inclusive).
