Islamabad: The Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has been pleased to fix the ZAB case (Reference No. 01/2011, received from the President, Islamic Republic of Pakistan under Article 186 of the Constitution for revisiting the case of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto) on 27.06.2011. Keeping in view the importance and significance, the case has been fixed on the above said date despite of the Court vacations from 15.06.2011 to 12.09.2011.
The Reference will be heard by an eleven member Bench headed by his lordship.
