Thatta Cement Company Limited’s board meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, February 17, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at 1st Floor, Arif Habib Center, 23 M.T. Khan Road, Karachi to consider accounts for the half year ended December 31, 2011.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from February 10, 2012 to February 11, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under clause (xxvi) of Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall directly /indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manlier during the Closed Period.
