The Bank of Punjab’s announcement election of three directors

Karachi, July 05, 2012 (PPI-OT): We write to inform you that the following three Directors have been declared Elected under section 10 (1) (b) of The Bank of Punjab (BOP) Act, 1989 for three years in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the Bank which was held on 30/06/2012 at 10.00 a.m.

1. Mr. Javaid Aslam
2. Khawaja Farooq Saeed
3. Mr. Saeed Anwar

The Elected Directors will assume their offices after approval from State Bank of Pakistan under Fit and Proper Test (FPT).
