The Hub Power Company Limited’s board of directors meeting for the approval of annual accountants for the year ended June 30, 2011

Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Head Office of the Company on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 10:00 am to approve the Annual Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2011.

We would also like to inform you that the Company has declared the “Closed Period” from August 23, 2011 to September 8, 2011 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
