The Karachi Stock Exchange Limited’s final redemption and delisting of term finance certificates (TFCs) of Soneri Bank Limited

Karachi, May 31, 2013 (PPI-OT): Further to cur Notice No.KSE/N-2188 dated April 18, 2013.

Consequent to final redemption of Term Finance Certificates (TFCs) of Soneri Sank Limited and confirmation of the same by the Bank vide letter dated May 29, 2013 supported with Auditor’s Certificate thereof and as notified vide Notice No. KSE/N-3279 dated May 30, 2013, it has been decided to delist the TFCs of the Bank w.e.f. Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
