The Khyber Tobacco Company Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, December 27, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday; 2nd January 2013 at 03:00 p.m. at the registered office of the company i.e. Khyber Tobacco Company Limited (KHTC), Nowshera Road Mardan to consider and adopt the quarterly accounts for the period ended 30th September 2012 and for declaration of any entitlement if so deemed appropriate by the Board.

The company has declared the “Closed Period” from 26th December 2012 through 02nd January 2013 as required under Clause xxiii of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no director, CEO or executive shall, directly / indirectly deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the Closed Period.
