Karachi: This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors is to be held on Monday the April 30, 2012 in Registered Office, Karachi at 11.00 am to consider and approve the Financial Results and Statements for the 1st Quarter 2012 (January to March).
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from “24.04.2012 to 30.04.2912” as required under Cause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
