Trade Development Authority of Pakistan participating in different events

Karachi, February 20, 2015 (PPI-OT): TDAP, being regular participant in the show for the last many years, successfully participated in Magic Market shows started on 16 Feb 2015. This year twenty-seven companies from Pakistan exhibited their products in the show under the umbrella of TDAP.

Out of these 27 companies, eight companies’ showcased martial arts and sports wears products, one company displayed footwear products and were placed in footwear section and remaining displayed textile products and men and women apparels. Pakistan pavilion is located at prime location and attract good numbers of visitors. Foot traffic was good at Pakistan pavilion. In order to assist exhibitors TDAP has sent director Pavilion from Pakistan to assist exhibitors.

It is the world’s largest fashion marketplace, comprised of ten unique communities showcasing the latest in apparel, footwear, accessories, and manufacturing. Every February and August the retail industry convenes in Las Vegas to spot and shop the latest trends in men’s, women’s, juniors’ and children’s apparel, footwear, and accessories.

From the height of advanced contemporary luxury brands, to the latest trends in fast fashion, MAGIC brings you brands that fuel the business of fashion. This show attracts a large number of visitors and one of the largest shows of textile sector in U.S.

Commercial Counsellor, Mr. Zahid Akhter Zaman, coordinated the event on behalf of TDAP. He met all exhibitors and inquired their issues. All exhibitors expressed a great level of satisfaction regarding arrangements and location of Pakistan Pavilion and encouraged the role of TDAP on making smooth arrangements for their participation in the subject show. TDAP, through regular participation in the subject fair, provide a great opportunity to Pakistan exporters to interact with a large number of International buyers.
