Srinagar: A severe bus accident in Doda district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir resulted in the deaths of two individuals and injuries to 25 others on Saturday.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the incident occurred when a private mini-bus, traveling from Bhalessa to Thathri, veered off the road and plunged into a 200-feet-deep gorge near Bhatyas. Emergency responders at the scene confirmed the death of a woman immediately, while another victim succumbed to injuries at a local hospital. Of the 25 injured, nine are reported to be in serious condition and are currently receiving medical attention at the Government Medical College in Doda.
