Karachi: Wah Noble Chemicals Limited has announced a change in the timing of its upcoming Board Meeting. Originally scheduled for August 13, 2024, at 12:00 hours, the meeting will now commence at 13:00 hours on the same date. The venue and the Closed Period will remain as previously established.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the adjustment in the meeting time is noted in a follow-up to the initial notice issued on August 5, 2024. The company has conveyed apologies for any inconvenience this change may have caused to the Certificate Holders of the Exchange, urging them to adjust their schedules accordingly.
