War Footing Steps Require to Eradicate Polo in FATA- Hameed Ullah Jan Afridi

Islamabad: Chairman Intellectual Property Organization and MNA Mr. Hameed Ullah Jan Afridi has said that all possible endeavours are being made to eradicate Polio in Tribal Areas with cooperation of political agents, local administration and tribal elders. He expressed these views while talking with representatives of Augmented National Emergency Action Program for Eradication of Polio, who called on him on Wednesday at IPO-Pakistan headquarter.

Hameed Ullah Jan Afridi further said that few drops of Polio Vaccine can prevent our innocent peers from life time disability that is why elected members as well as general public of FATA should step ahead to make this national campaign successful. He also urged that public awareness about importance of Polio Vaccine should be made on war footings in FATA and its far flung areas so that people may not hesitate from Polio Drops and our present and coming generations of Tribal Areas could be safeguarded from deformation. He emphasized to extend the role of Prime Minister Polio Cell in Tribal and its adjacent areas by affective involvement of local community so that better results may be obtained.
