Karachi: The 7th Wheelchair Cricket Tournament under the auspices of Culture and Sports Department of KMC will be held in City Sports Complex at Kashmir Road. Administrator KMC Muhammad Hussain Syed will be the chief guest on this occasion.
Six teams from the province would take part in this tournament which is aimed to provide sports and recreation facilities to disabled people. According to a report of World Health Organization presently 15 percent of the population of Pakistan was suffered with physical disability who had not getting proper sporting facilities. Senior Director Sports and Culture Muhammad Rehan Khan has said KMC was providing sports and recreation facilities to disabled people also.
