2 CRPF personnel injured in Bijapur IED blast

Srinagar, June 05, 2023 (PPI-OT): Two personnel of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) of 85 battalion were injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast planted by naxals in the Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh. The incident took place in the Gangalur area near Takmeta Hill.

The CRPF team had left for Hiroli from Pusnar Camp for area domination, when they ran over the pressure-triggered IED planted by Naxalites underground, causing an explosion, officials said as reported by media.
