Second Modaraba tribunal formed in Karachi


Islamabad: The federal government, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 24 of the 1980 Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, has constituted another Modaraba tribunal for Sindh.
