Acting President for providing relief to people in budget

Acting President Yousaf Raza Gillani has called for providing maximum relief to the people in the upcoming budget.

Talking to Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb in Islamabad today, he said a comprehensive strategy is required to enhance revenue collection.

The Finance Minister briefed the acting president about the upcoming budget and measures taken to check inflation.

The Finance Minister said the apparent reduction in inflation is the result of government’s measures.
