Karachi, July 18, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday 25th July, 2013 at registered office of the Company to consider the un-audited financial statements of the Company for third quarter ended 30th June, 2013.

Please be advised that in terms of Corporate Governance and Listing Regulations of the Exchange, the Company has determined a closed period from 18th July, 2013 to 25th July 2013 (both days inclusive) during which no director, chief executive or executives of the company shall deal in its shares in any manner directly or indirectly.
