Karachi: Adamjee Life Assurance Company Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 23, 2024, to review the half-yearly accounts for the period ending June 30, 2024, and to consider the declaration of any entitlements.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has instituted a “Closed Period” from August 16, 2024, to August 23, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to buy or sell company shares. This action is in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations, which aims to prevent insider trading around significant corporate announcements or financial reporting periods.
