Additional Inspector General of Police, Finance and Welfare, Punjab, has been promoted

Lahore: Aftab Sultan joined the Police service as ASP. After getting promotion as SP he served in Special Branch, District Police and served as Course Commander, National Police Academy, Islamabad.

He also served as Deputy Inspector General of Police, in Police Headquarters, Punjab, Elite Police Force and Sargodha Range. Later, he was promoted as Addl. IGP Police and up till know he is serving in Finance and Welfare Department.

Aftab Sultan is considered to be one of the most honest, professional and duty full officer of the Police Department.

During his service tenure he got training of Administration of criminal justice from Japan International Cooperation Agency.
