Agha Steel Industries Remains Steady Amid Fluctuating Trading Day

Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange closed on 07 November 2023 with Agha Steel Industries (AGHA) maintaining its opening price by the end of the trading session. Opening at PKR 16.09, the stock managed to close at the same figure, with the day’s low dipping to PKR 14.9 and a high of PKR 15.02. The volume of shares traded was recorded at 1,223,507, concluding the session with a closing price of PKR 15.99.

In parallel, Agha Steel Industries’ future contracts with December (AGHA-DEC) and January (AGHA-JAN) maturity dates reported no trading activity, maintaining their previous close positions of PKR 16.6 and PKR 16.92, respectively, despite a specified high of PKR 15.58 for AGHA-DEC and PKR 15.88 for AGHA-JAN.

Meanwhile, the November futures contract for Agha Steel Industries (AGHA-NOV) showed some movement with the opening at PKR 16.1 and a close at PKR 16.2, after reaching a low of PKR 15.1 and a high of PKR 15.17. A total of 125,000 shares were traded during the session, closing at PKR 16.1.
