Karachi, March 01, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of Aisha Steel Mills Limited (ASL) (“the Company”) in its meeting held on February 28, 2013 has appointed Mr. Arif Habib as new Chairman of the Company’s Board in place of Mr. Mikio Kinoshita who has resigned, and has co-opted Mr. Samad Habib as Director in place of Mr. Ali Akhtar Khan (the resigning director).
