AKD Investment Management Limited’s board meeting of the open end funds managed for the first quarter ended September 30, 2012

Karachi, October 24, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of AKD Investment Management Limited (AKDIML), the management company of following open end Funds will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. at the registered office 216-217, Continental Trade Centre, Block-8, Clifton, Karachi.

AKD Aggressive Income Fund (AKDAIF) – Formerly AKD Income Fund
AKD Cash Fund (AKDCF)
AKD Opportunity Fund (AKDOF)
AKD Index Tracker Fund (AKDITF)

The meeting is being held to consider the unaudited accounts of the above funds for the first quarter ended September 30, 2012.

In compliance of KSE listing Regulation No. 35 and Code of Corporate Governance Clause xxiii, the closed period has been fixed from October 24, 2012 to October 30, 2012.
