Karachi: It is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday April 25, 2012 at 4.00 p.m. at Arif Habib Centre 23 M.T. Khan Road, Karachi, to Consider and approve the financial statements for the nine months period ended March 31, 2012.
In compliance the listing regulation no. 35 (xxvi) of the exchange there will be closed period from April 18, 2012 to April 25, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the dealing of shares of the Company.
