Karachi, Al-Shaheer Corporation Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on June 6, 2024, in Karachi to discuss agenda items unrelated to financial results. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a “Closed Period” from June 5 to June 6, 2024, as mandated by Clause 5.6.1.(d) of PSX Regulations. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive is permitted to deal, directly or indirectly, with the company’s shares. The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been notified as required.
