Despite the negative earnings, the company declared a 185% dividend for 2022 and a 47% dividend for 2023. Altern Energy’s daily weighted average rate was Rs. 21.33, decreasing slightly to Rs. 21.26. The company’s paid-up capital is Rs. 3,633.80 million, indicating its commitment to shareholder returns in the power generation and distribution sector.
