An investiture ceremony in honour of newly promoted DIG Investigation

Lahore: An investiture ceremony in honour of newly promoted DIG Investigation, Punjab, Mirza Shakeel Ahmad was held at Police Headquarters, Lahore, here today.

Inspector General of Police Punjab Javed Iqbal put the batches of rank on the shoulders of Mr. Shakeel Ahmad on his promotion and taking over the charge of his new assignment. Addl. IG Punjab Ch. Tanvir also accompanied the Police Chief.

On this occasion Javed Iqbal appreciated the services of Mirza Shakeel Ahmad and hoped that he will not only maintain the traditions of his predecessor but also perform his duties devotedly and innovatively.
