Annual general meeting of Kohinoor Mills Limited will be held on October 29, 2015

Karachi: Kohinoor Mills Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the 28th annual general meeting of the company will be held on October 29, 2015 at Kasur.

The agenda of the meeting will be to confirm the minutes of annual general meeting held on October 30, 2014, to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2015, to appoint auditors for the year ending June 30, 2016 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other Ordinary business with the permission of the Chair.

Further, the closed period of the company is from October 22, 2015 to October 29, 2015.
