Any information regarding entry into Pakistan Airspace by Malaysian Airline flight not reported: Civil Aviation Authority

Karachi, March 16, 2014 (PPI-OT): 1. We have checked the RADAR recording for the period but found no clue about the ill fated flight.

2. The flight neither contacted Pakistan ATC nor appeared on the RADAR screen. Any information regarding entry into Pakistan Airspace or landing at Pakistani Airport by the Malaysian Airline flight has not been reported so far.

Pakistan CAA, as always is ready to extend full cooperation and support to its brotherly country Malaysia for locating the ill fated flight.
