Arctic Textile Mills Announces Board Meeting for Appointment of Chairman and CEO, Declares Closed Period in Compliance with PSX Regulations

Karachi, Arctic Textile Mills Limited has revealed the upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors, scheduled to take place on July 11, 2023, in Faisalabad. The primary agenda of the meeting is to elect the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, as well as establish Board Committees. Any additional items requiring discussion will be addressed with the permission of the Chair.

In accordance with clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, the company has also declared a “Closed Period” from July 04, 2023, to July 11, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of Arctic Textile Mills Limited will be allowed to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the company’s shares.
