Arif Habib Dolnen REIT Credits Final Dividend to Unit-Holders

Karachi: Arif Habib Dolnen REIT Management Limited has announced the electronic crediting of a final cash dividend of Re. 0.50 per unit, equating to an annualized rate of 20%, for Dolmen City REIT for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. The dividend was distributed to unit-holders’ bank accounts on August 9, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), dividends for unit-holders who have not provided valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) or National Identity Card numbers (CNICs) have been withheld. This action complies with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. These withheld dividends will be managed in accordance with applicable laws and directives from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
