Karachi, Atlas Asset Management Limited (AAML) has scheduled a meeting of its Investment Committee (IC) for June 26, 2024, to consider and potentially approve interim distributions for three of its funds. The IC, operating under the delegated authority of AAML’s Board of Directors, will review the interim distributions for the Atlas Stock Market Fund (ASMF), Atlas Islamic Stock Fund (AISF), and Atlas Islamic Dedicated Stock Fund (AIDSF).
Unit Holders listed in the Register of Unit holders as of the close of business on June 25, 2024, will be eligible for any distributions approved by the IC on behalf of the Board of Directors.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting will take place at 3:00 p.m. on June 26, 2024. Certificate Holders of the Exchange are advised to take note of this announcement.
