Atlas Engineering Limited’s Board Meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 23, 2011 at 11.30 a.m. at Corporate Office, 2nd Floor, Federation House, Sharah-e-Firdousi Clifton, Karachi to consider the Audited Annual Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2011 for declaration of any entitlement.

The company has declared the “Closed Period” from September 17, 2011 to September 23, 2011 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No, 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
