Karachi, Atlas Asset Management Limited (AAML) announced that the register of unit holders for its various funds will be closed on July 01, 2024, for year-end procedures. The affected funds include the Atlas Money Market Fund (AMY), Atlas Liquid Fund (ALF), Atlas Sovereign Fund (ASF), Atlas Income Fund (AIF), Atlas Stock Market Fund (ASMF), Atlas Islamic Money Market Fund (AIMF), Atlas Islamic Income Fund (AIIF), Atlas Islamic Stock Fund (AISF), Atlas Islamic Fund of Funds (AIFOF), and Atlas Islamic Dedicated Stock Fund (AIDSF).
Unit holders whose names appear in the register at the close of business on June 28, 2024, the last business day for the fiscal year 2023-24, will be entitled to any final distribution for the year ending June 30, 2024, pending approval by the Board of Directors of AAML.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transactions in units of all the above-mentioned funds will recommence on July 02, 2024.
Unit holders have been requested to notify any changes in address or other particulars to the Registrars, M/s. IT Minds Limited, CDC House, 99-B, Block B, S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, 74400, or to the Customer Services Department of AAML.
Copies of the press notices appearing in the daily Business Recorder and Nawai-e-Waqt of June 24, 2024, have been enclosed for further reference.
