Rawalpindi, Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) announced the resumption of operations at its main crude distillation unit today. The refinery, based in Morgah, Rawalpindi, had previously shut down the unit but has now restarted due to an observed improvement in the uplift of High Speed Diesel (HSD). The company has emphasized that it is monitoring the situation closely in line with product demand.
The announcement is in compliance with Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) rules, specifically clause No. 5.6.1, and sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015. ARL has submitted the necessary Disclosure Form, prescribed under Notification SRO. No. 143(1)/2012, which is now available as Annexure – A.
Attock Refinery has communicated this development to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange as required by regulatory guidelines.
