Bajaur Honors Fallen Soldiers with Funeral Prayers and Military Honors

Bajaur: Funeral prayers were held for three soldiers who were killed in a recent clash with Khawarij terrorists near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. The community showed its respect and solidarity with the fallen heroes in a somber ceremony.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the funeral in Bajaur was attended by a large congregation of local residents, civilians, and senior officers and personnel from the Pakistan Army. After the prayers, the bodies of Naik Inayat Khan, Lance Naik Umer Hayat, and Sepoy Waqar Khan were transported to their native areas to be laid to rest with full military honors, underscoring the nation’s deep respect and gratitude for their sacrifice.

The tragic incident occurred during a fierce exchange of fire with the terrorists last night, marking a significant moment of valor in the ongoing struggle against terrorism. The Pakistan Armed Forces reiterated their steadfast commitment to safeguarding the nation’s borders and honoring the sacrifices of their soldiers.
