Balochistan Chief Minister Celebrates National Day for the Protection of Minorities

Quetta: In a gesture of solidarity and commitment to inclusivity, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti participated in a ceremony marking the National Day for the Protection of Minorities. The event, organized by Parliamentary Secretary Minority Affairs Sanjay Kumar and members of the Hindu community, featured a ceremonial cake cutting to honor the occasion.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, CM Bugti emphasized the secure and respectful atmosphere that minorities enjoy in Balochistan, a result of longstanding harmonious relations within the province. He outlined the government’s efforts in launching development and social welfare projects, which are being formulated in consultation with minority representatives to ensure their welfare and well-being.

The ceremony highlighted the Balochistan government’s dedication to fostering an environment where all community members, regardless of their religious beliefs, feel protected and valued.
