Loralai: During a focused visit to the National Program for Family Planning in Loralai District, Dr. Akhtar Ali Baldi, the Provincial Coordinator for the LHW Program in Balochistan, along with Dr. Khalid Ahmed Qambarani, Provincial Manager of the AIDS Control Program, met with local health officials to review and energize various health initiatives. The meeting aimed to bolster efforts in polio vaccination, nutrition, and other critical health services in the district.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Dr. Baldi and his team assessed the district’s health activities, including those of the recent Mother and Child Health Week. Dr. Hameed Lahri, the District Health Officer, provided insights into the ongoing programs and their impacts. Dr. Baldi, addressing the Lady Health Workers and their supervisors, emphasized the need for intensified efforts across all districts in vital health campaigns and assured that the issues faced by program staff would be addressed promptly.
