Baluchistan Wheels Limited’s 108th board meeting (Annual Accounts – 2011)

Karachi: This is to inform you that the 108th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Baluchistan Wheels Limited (BWHL) will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday the September 09, 2011 at Company’s Head Office, 1st floor, State Life Building #3, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi to consider the Annual Audited Accounts for the year ended 30-06-2011.

The closed period for the purpose of Regulation Na 37 (XXVI) of the code of Corporate Governance is August 26, 2011 to September 09, 2011 (both days inclusive), no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed period.
