Karachi: Bank Alfalah Limited has successfully credited the second interim cash dividend for the quarter/half-year that ended on June 30, 2024, amounting to Rs. 2 per share, which corresponds to a 20% payout. The dividends were electronically transferred into the accounts of shareholders on August 22 and 23, 2024, who provided valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN).

The dividend announcement follows the decision by the Board of Directors during their meeting on August 15, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this distribution aligns with the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. Shareholders who have not yet submitted their valid CNIC or IBAN faced a withholding of their dividends. However, these will be processed and credited within 15 days of providing the necessary information.
