Bata Pakistan Limited’s board of directors’ meeting

Karachi, July 22, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bata Pakistan Limited (BATA) will be held on August 15, 2013 at 11.00 a.m. at Batapur, Lahore. One of the points on the agenda is to review the Half Yearly Accounts of 2013.

Kindly note that the Company has determined the close period of 15 days effective from 1st to 15th August, 2013 which will continue till such time the Accounts are made public through Karachi/ Lahore Stock Exchanges.

Intimation about the close period has already been given to all the Directors of the Company.
