Karachi: Ghandhara Nissan Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on February 18, 2016 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting is to inter-alia consider and approve un-audited accounts for Half Year ended December 31, 2015.

Further, the company has declared closed period from February 16, 2016 to February 23, 2016 (both days inclusive).
