Karachi: Gharibwal Cement Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on February 03, 2016 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting is to discuss and approve second Quarter and half yearly un-audited financial statements of the Company for period ended December 31, 2015.

Further, the company has declared closed period from January 27, 2016 to February 03, 2016.
